The first step is a free 20-minute orientation call.
We briefly look at what is happening in your body and life, whether this work is suitable, and what form may make sense:
one individual session,
the Pelvic Reawakening program,
longer individual cooperation,
couple work,
a small group,
or another step.
We look at your situation, the state of your body, and the most appropriate form of work.

Individual work gives the most space for precise guidance, direct reading of the body, and a pace that is actually usable for the person.
90 minutes: 3,200 CZK (approx. 130 EUR)
180 minutes: 5,900 CZK (approx. 240 EUR)
The 180-minute format is useful when the body needs more time to settle, work, and integrate.
The main introductory program.
4 sessions × 180 minutes
total price: 22,800 CZK (approx. 920 EUR)
In some cases, one or two additional 3-hour sessions may be added under the same conditions.
Prices are in Czech crowns. EUR equivalents shown for reference.
Couple work may be useful when the theme is not only individual, but appears directly in contact, closeness, boundaries, support, vitality, or shared life.
The format is agreed after the orientation call.
Small groups usually include 3–4 people.
This format can be useful when the body already has enough capacity to be in contact with others and when the shared field supports learning and integration.
Selected weekend formats may be offered for specific themes. In some cases, a weekend can be an entry point. In other cases, it is more useful after some basic support has already been established.
Sessions are clothed.
Touch may be used only when appropriate, clearly agreed, and useful for the work.
The body’s actual capacity matters more than intensity.
The work is not designed to overwhelm the system, provoke catharsis, or create dramatic release.
The aim is a change the organism can actually bear and integrate.
NOSNOST is somatic work.
It is not medical care, physiotherapy, psychotherapy, sex therapy, or trauma treatment.
It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
If you have medical symptoms, acute pain, neurological symptoms, pelvic disease, urological or gynecological concerns, or severe psychological distress, appropriate professional care should be involved.
Somatic work may be valuable as a complementary process when the central issue is how the body bears breath, pressure, weight, contact, vitality, and ordinary life.
The FAQ answers common questions about the difference between NOSNOST and therapy, what happens in a session, touch, pelvic work, men’s issues, couples, and how to start.
I work in a quiet private practice room in Velká Ohrada, Prague 13. This is my home practice space, not a clinic or commercial studio. The exact address is shared after the orientation call.
Accessible by Metro Line B — Lužiny station, approx. 10-minute walk
Sessions are available in English and Czech.
